Fun Fact -

The reason I know so much about cuisine  is I am a certified pastry chef specializing in creating incredible Cakes.  My co workers love it when their  birthday comes around.  Pictured in my 'Have your Cake and Eat it Too' album is my team mate Jaime with an Italian Cream Cake - her personal favorite. YUM!
